Configuring Choir Genius
A list of links to attendance articles
We understand that not every chorus is alike in how it structures its singing parts, so you can easily change how the parts are labelled, or even create new ones for your members.
Event categories are the available event types you can choose from when creating events within your site.
Changing Available Contact Lists:
Change your default currency settings.
Change the available currencies for invoicing.
You may not use all of the default menu items in the main menu on the left hand side of your members only website. If that's the case, you can hide unused items.
In the black menu's handy search bar search for "Menu", then click on the result titled "Menus"
To the right of the "Main menu", click "list links"
Do you need to shift all your events forward or back by a few hours? This may be something you need to do if your time zone settings were incorrect when you first added your events.
Navigate to: Settings & Admin > Site settings > Event time adjustment
This page will allow you to move the event forward and back by the hour. The max it can move is 3 hours at a time.
Need to move it more than three hours? Move it in stages.
Example:
If you need to move an event 5 hours, move it 3 hours, and then 3 hours.
Choir Genius is excited to annouce that we're moving all sites to a faster, more stable server environment through Amazon Web Services.
What does this mean for you?
We do most of the ehavy lifting, but there's are a couple things we need from you in order for this transition to go smoothly.
