How to: Organize your documents and change the page order

When organizing books on the documents page, having control of the page order can be helpful. There are two ways to do this:

  • Change the weight of a book (set of book pages) using the outline tab
  • Changing the order of pages by dragging and dropping on the order tab

If you don't manually change the page order or weight, they will appear in alphabetical order.

Rearranging books on the documents page

"Weights" are used to set how "heavy" a page. A book with a larger number will sink to the bottom, while a book with a smaller number will float to the top. The available numbers range from 15 (being the heaviest) and -15 (the lightest).

To change the weight of a book, navigate to that page, and then click the "Outline" tab.

Then change the weight, and click save.

Change the page order inside a book

First, navigate to the main book page.

Then, click the Order tab.

On this page, you can use the little arrow crosshairs to drag and drop the pages into the order you wish.

When you're done, remember to click save.
