Reviewing your Choir Genius license

You can view your current and past licenses at any time by going to:

Settings & Admin > Groupanizer licensing

Renewing your Choir Genius license

30 days before your license is set to expire, a notice will appear when you login to your site, letting you know you'll need to renew soon. Site admins and Finance can see the licensing page.

You can click on the link in the message to be taken to the licensing page where you can then click to renew, or you can navigate to that page by going to:

Settings & Admin > Groupanizer licensing

There is a button near the top of the page labeled "Renew your subscription". Click it to be taken to the store.

The store will let you choose your license size and duration. Follow the onscreen prompts to checkout and apply payment. Any applicable discounts are applied on the confirmation screen.

Failing to renew your license

If you fail to renew your license before it expires, all members will be locked out of the site. Only site admins will be able to login, and thus renew the site.
