Manage your Contacts
Using contacts you can:
- add follow-up dates
- add contact assignees to help turn guests into new members
- add comments
- view contacts with follow-up dates on the "Contacts Follow-Up" page.
- and even send messages to contact lists!
Add a follow-up date
First, open the contact record to which you'd like to add the follow up date to on the edit view.
On the edit screen, enter a date in the follow-up date field using the date selector.
Don't forget to save!
Add a contact assignee
First, open the contact record to which you'd like to add the follow up date to on the edit view.
Then, scroll to the Follow-Up section and select a name from the drop-down list.
Then click save!
Add comments
Click on the contact's name to go to the regular view page.
Use the "Add new comment" section
Write your comment and click save.
Your comment will appear below the contact information, and is editable by site admins and you), deletable (by site admins and you), or people with permissions to see contacts can reply to it. Other users may also write their own comments (if they have permission to see contacts).
View contacts with follow-up dates on the "Contacts Follow Up" page
Go to Main menu > Communication area > Contact follow ups
On this page, you can see the contact name, assignee, follow-up date, when the record was last updated, and an comments on the contact's page.
