Add, edit or delete a Riser Placement (basic)

Navigate to to main "Riser Placements" page

There are two places to find placements.

- In the "More" menu item (Members have access to placements here)

- in the "Music area" (only those with admin privileges can see this area)

The main placements page will list all existing placements in the system

Click "Add Riser Placement" to create a new one.

On the next page you must add a title,  and invite the roles you want to be included on the riser placement.

You can make changes to the riser properties by clicking on the gearwheel on the right hand side. Options include:

  • shape: curved or straight
  • number of rows
  • number of sections
  • spots per riser
  • front row: even or odd number of spots
  • orientation: face director or face the audience

Note: to change these options for the default, go to: Settings & Admin > Feature Settings > Placement settings

Drag and drop to add your members to the placement.

You can also change how you view the users in the placement, selecting either their Face, Name, or Block colour (which is colour-coded based on the part they sing).

When you're finished, remember to click save at the bottom of the page.
