• What roles count toward my paid license?

Your paid license has a user limit, but not all users are counted toward this total

• These roles count toward your license total:
  • Site admin
  • Member
  • Associate member
  • Board member
  • Director
  • Music team member
  • Finance

This means that if you have a user that does not have one of these roles assigned, that user account does not count toward your license total.

This is what allows a children's choir of of 50 to pay for a large license, but still have an account for every parent of the singers, but not pay extra for those accounts (Unless the parent has a role that's on the list above, then that account will count).
