Attendance Settings

There are a few configuration options available to you as you set up attendance tracking for your ensemble.

  • Default attendance plan for members
  • might attend
  • partial attendance
  • hide attendance from other members
  • Section divider option for the my attendance report
  • the date format use don the My Events page
  • the date format used in event RSVP invitations (notifications)

 

For all of these settings you'll need to go to the attendance configuration page: Settings & Admin > Feature settings > Attendance settings

 

 


 

Allow "Might Attend"

When you enable attendance for an event, members - or whoever you've invited - will receive a RSVP email, giving them the standard reply options:

  • Will Attend
  • Won't Attend

These same attendance options will also appear on the "Attendance" tab of their account page.

Some group may also want their members to have the option for "might attend". To enable this, make sure the box next to "Allow 'Might Attend' option..." is checked.

When you're finished, remember to save the configuration.

 



Allow partial attendance

If you want to be able to take attendance and note when a person was only present for part of an event, you can enable partial attendance by check marking the box next to that option.

When you're finished, remember to save the configuration.

 


 

Hide attendance from other members

If you would like to hide the attendance plans of others from your members, you'll want to check the box next to this option.
