Changing available voice parts
We understand that not every chorus is alike in how it structures its singing parts, so you can easily change how the parts are labelled, or even create new ones for your members.
There are two different ways of getting into the Editing Menu for Voice Parts:
Go to your Members page.
You can access the members page through the "Shared Group Area" or through the "Management area".
Between Import Users and Members Help, there is a link labeled “Voice Parts”. By clicking this, it will take you directly to the Voice Parts Menu, where you can edit the pre-existing Voice Parts, or create your own. You can do this by clicking the “Edit” link next the part already available, or you can create your own by clicking “Add Term”.
You name the part, and can add a description of it (but this is only visible on this page - it's for internal reminders). Remember to save your changes.
Access the Voice Parts Menu via the Settings & Admin menu item.
Go to: Settings & Admin > Site settings > Taxonomy.
Then select "list terms" across from "Voice Part". This will bring you to the same screen that's mentioned above.
